Description

S.S-Dimethyl-β-propiothetin (DMPT), or S.S-betaine, is a natural compound containing sulfur and considered as the best feed lure for mammal, fish, carapace and seashell. For carapace, DMPT not only improves feed intake, but also acts as water-solubility exuviate hormone to facilitate shell renewal and stimulate growth of shell.

Application

It’s widely used in feeds of many aquatic animals such as fish, shrimp, crab, etc. It has much more amazing effect of increasing their feed intake compared with glycine, alanine, methionine, lysine, phenylalanine, betaine. Furthermore, adding DMPT into shrimp feed will reduce the usage proportion of cuttlefish grease, so that it greatly cut cost.

Shrimp: 500-1000 g/t die       Fish: 350-700 g/t diet
